Second, the damage to the screen mesh.

Due to the different materials being screened by users, the materials and standards of the rotary vibrating screen mesh are also different. However, as the screening machine can operate continuously, there is considerable wear and tear on the screen mesh, which can lead to damage. Users should promptly detect and replace the damaged screen mesh during production to ensure normal production. Third, the excitation force of the motor is too small.

Small and large particle materials cannot be fully graded. This situation is often caused by the motor being used for too long. Adjusting the motor excitation force or replacing the motor with a new one can solve the problem. Too small excitation force can easily lead to incomplete screening.
