1. Check the sealing degree between the screen frame and the screen body. Generally, rotary vibrating screens have sealing strips between the screen frame and the screen body when they leave the factory. However, as most sealing strips are made of rubber, they may deform after a period of use due to heat and friction generated during the screening process. Therefore, we recommend that users regularly check whether the sealing rings have deformed when using the rotary vibrating screen, and replace them if any deformation is found.
Second, the damage to the screen mesh.
Due to the different materials being screened by users, the materials and standards of the rotary vibrating screen mesh are also different. Third, the excitation force of the motor is too small.
