If the ultrasonic vibrating screen equipment is not properly sealed during use, material leakage may occur due to gaps between the dust cover and the screen frame, between screen frames, between the bottom frame and the vibrating body, or between mesh frames. Depending on the specific requirements, different types of seals, such as U-shaped and V-shaped, are used at various locations. Despite the different models, their purpose remains the same: to prevent material leakage at the joints of various parts of the vibrating screen.
If there is no sealing between the screen frames, the connection is not tight. For screening machines, materials such as powders and granules are often screened, and these materials may escape through gaps. They may scatter outside the machine, or some coarser materials may fall through the gaps at the edge of the screen surface into the finer material layer, causing material mixing. The escape of materials outside the machine not only results in material loss but also affects the production environment. Falling into the finer material layer greatly affects the screening effect of the materials, resulting in incomplete screening.

At the same time, as the main shaft (eccentric shaft) of the vibrating screen repeatedly compresses and expands the medium inside the enclosed cavity during rotation, it not only exerts a large outward squeezing force on the medium inside the enclosed cavity but also increases the temperature of the medium, which is then transferred to the bearing, causing the bearing temperature to rise even higher.
Pour the total loss system oil into the enclosed cavity of the vibrating screen's main shaft: When the vibrating screen operates, the eccentric part of the eccentric shaft continuously compresses and expands the total loss system oil due to rotation, causing the total loss system oil to violently move within the enclosed cavity, continuously separating, merging, tearing, and rubbing. The oil temperature rises sharply, and its fluidity increases dramatically. At the same time, an outward squeezing force is generated, resulting in a continuous flow of total loss system oil seeping out through the assembly clearance of the bearing.
