Product Introduction

The linear vibrating screen has high screening accuracy, large processing capacity, simple structure, low energy consumption, low noise, long service life of the screen mesh, good sealing performance, no dust spillage, convenient maintenance, and can be used for automated operations in the production line.

The linear vibrating screen is simply called the linear sieve. It is suitable for various dry powder or granular materials with particle sizes ranging from 0.074 to 5mm, a moisture content less than 70%, and no stickiness. The linear vibrating screen is driven by two motors and can automatically discharge materials. It has a large output, low energy consumption, and is more suitable for 24-hour continuous production line operations. The GBZ type linear vibrating screen is also known as the linear vibrating screen. Its shape is rectangular. The models include 520 type, 525 type, 1020 type, 1025 type, 1030 type, etc.

Structure of the linear vibrating screen

The GBZ series linear vibrating screen machine is mainly composed of the screen box, screen frame, screen mesh, vibration motor, motor base, vibration damping spring, support, etc.

1. Screen box: It is made of several types of steel plates of different thicknesses and has strength and rigidity. It is the main component of the screen machine.

2. Screen frame: It is made of softwood or wood with less deformation and is mainly used to keep the screen mesh flat to achieve normal screening.

3. Screen mesh: There are several types of screen meshes such as low-carbon steel, brass, bronze, and stainless steel wire.

4. Vibration motor (for use and maintenance methods, please refer to the vibration motor operation manual). 

5. Motor base: Install the vibrating motor. Before use, the connecting screws * must be tightened. ** should be tightened repeatedly for the first three days of the new screening machine trial to avoid loosening and causing accidents.

6. Damping spring: Prevent vibration from being transmitted to the ground and support the ** weight of the screen box. When installing, the spring * must be perpendicular to the ground.

7. Bracket: Composed of four pillars and two channel steels, it supports the screen box. When installing, the pillars * must be perpendicular to the ground, and the channel steels under the two pillars should be parallel to each other.

Working principle of the straight vibrating screen

The GBZ series straight vibrating screen is driven by two vibrating motors. When the two vibrating motors rotate synchronously and in opposite directions, the excitation force generated by the eccentric blocks cancels each other out in the direction parallel to the motor axis, and adds up in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis. Therefore, the movement trajectory of the screening machine is a straight line.

The two motor shafts have an inclination angle relative to the screen surface in the vertical direction. Under the combined force of the excitation force and the force of the material's own weight, the material is thrown up and jumps or moves forward in a straight line on the screen surface, thereby achieving the purpose of screening and grading the materials. It is suitable for screening various dry powder or granular materials with a particle size of 0.074 - 5mm and a moisture content of less than 7%, without adhesiveness. The feed particle size should not exceed 10mm.
