Product Introduction
★ Our company uses the XFYB square vibrating screen to conduct screening within the range of 0.3mm - 180 mesh. The inclination angle of the screen surface is from 0° to 5°. The output of a single machine can reach 60 tons per hour.

Working principle
Square vibrating screen, capable of achieving precise separation up to 6 levels, with a screening efficiency of up to 90%-99%. It is suitable for fine and ultra-fine powders and particulate materials, and is also suitable for difficult-to-handle materials. The reciprocating and rotating motion mode quickly disperses and screens the materials, without vertical vibration. It has a small impact on the foundation's dynamic load, a long screen mesh lifespan, good sealing performance, and no dust pollution.
With the same or similar configuration, the FYBS type vibrating screen has a higher processing capacity and screening efficiency compared to the ordinary inertial vibrating screen. The essence of this is that this model can artificially control the movement trajectory and retention time of the material on the screen surface. That is, in a limited space, due to the fact that the movement trajectory of the material is a curve with varying speed and acceleration, there is more contact between the material and the screen surface, and of course, this increases the screening rate.
