Introduction to the Rotary Vibrating Screen Product
The rotary vibrating screen is a comprehensive screening equipment that integrates separation, classification and filtration. It is mainly used for processing powder, granules and liquid materials. It uses a vertical vibrating motor as the excitation source. The materials perform three-dimensional movements (horizontal, vertical and inclined) on the screen surface, resulting in high screening accuracy. The material of the rotary vibrating screen can be divided into three types: carbon steel, stainless steel and plastic. Additionally, the rotary vibrating screen can be designed with 1 to 5 layers of screen meshes according to the screening purpose. Based on the requirements of the screening process, the rotary vibrating screen can adopt designs such as direct discharge type, edge-added type and gate type, meeting the screening requirements of more industries.
The models of Xinda rotary vibrating screens include diameters of 400mm, 600mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1500mm and 1800mm. We can also design other models according to your requirements.
Standard type: A commonly used one with wide applications. It can be applied to the screening and filtration of powders, liquids, and granular materials.
Ultrasonic type: Based on the rotary vibrating screen, an ultrasonic screening system is added. It is suitable for fine powder screening within the range of 80-600 mesh, effectively solving the problem of clogged screens, and the output can be increased by 0.5 to 10 times.
The three main functions of the rotary vibrating screen
Classification: The powder and particles can be accurately divided into 2 to 5 grades, with a classification accuracy of over 95%.
2. Decontamination: Remove the lumps or substandard materials from the raw materials, with a purification accuracy of over 98%.
3. Filtration: Removes particulate matter/foreign substances from the liquid materials. The filtration capacity per hour is as high as 5 tons.
The rotary vibrating screen uses the YZUL vertical vibration motor as the excitation source. Through the eccentric weights at both ends of the vibration motor, the rotational motion is transformed into three-dimensional movements (horizontal, vertical, and inclined) and transmitted to the screen surface of the rotary vibrating screen. Materials enter the equipment through the feed port and, according to the different screening requirements of the materials, they pass through the screening layer of the screen mesh. During this process, the cleaning device located under the screen mesh - the bouncing balls constantly collide with the screen, enabling the upper layer materials on the screen to smoothly pass through the screen for screening, and effectively solving the problem of material blockage on the screen. The materials on the screen top and the materials below the screen are discharged from different discharge ports respectively, thereby achieving the purpose of screening, separation, or filtration and classification.
It has a wide range of adaptability and can sieve materials as fine as 500 mesh or 0.028mm powder and particles. For liquid materials, filtration can be down to 5 microns.
2. It is equipped with a bouncing ball net cleaning device. By constantly impacting the screen, the purpose of cleaning the net is achieved. There is no net blockage phenomenon. For sticky and electrostatic materials, it can be used in conjunction with the ultrasonic net cleaning device.
